Rossville Union 6 Bottled-in-Bond 2023 Limited Edition is an exclusive 6-year-old rye whiskey from Ross & Squibb Distillery, crafted by master distiller Ian Stirsman. After six years of maturation, only the finest barrels have been carefully selected for this release, ensuring a rich and well-balanced tasting experience. As a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, it is distilled in a single distillation season, aged for at least 4 years, and bottled at exactly 50% ABV (100 proof), highlighting its authentic character and high quality.

The whiskey opens with notes of caramel and mocha, which culminate in a rich flavor of candied fruits. On the palate, nuances of green apples and malted chocolate develop, while the finish is rounded off with a hint of cinnamon.
