    La Première Eau de Vie is an exclusive Grappa made from grape must from the 1st Grand Cru Classé chateaux in Pauillac. It is then aged for 8 years in small French oak barrels, which the chateau's most famous wines have also aged in. This has created a beautifully complex Grappa with lovely notes of ripe red berry fruit, honey, marzipan, chamomile, licorice and vanilla. The finish is majestically long.
