Two Central American rum traditions meet in this blend, where Guatemala's sweet, dry style is united with Belize's fuller character, with no sugar added.
Expert Description
Plantation Gran Añejo Guatemala Belize is a Central American Rum from Guatemala and Belize, bottled at 42%.
The rum is a blend of distillates from Guatemala and Belize, where the Guatemalan component contributes its classic sweet, high-strength style, while the Belize component adds fullness and depth. The rum is matured with no added sugar and comes across as dry and well-balanced, with a complex cask character where sherry oloroso notes play alongside classic vanilla and oak tones.
