1 fl. Greenalls Premium London Dry Gin
1 Lime Squeezer
1 fl. Modo Mango Syrup

Opskrift Invented by Kim Hass, bartender from Odense
4 cl. Greenalls Premium London Dry Gin
2 cl. lemon juice/Lime juice (freshly squeezed of course, with the lemon squeezer)
2 cl. Modo Mango syrup

Top with Lemon soda
Pour all ingredients into a Riedel Glass - preferably chilled in advance. Garnish - Lemon zest. (Use the traditional lemon peel twisted over the glass to release the peel's bitter citrus oils) Remember, the right equipment makes the difference - see our Cocktail Kit here
