This organic single malt is matured in carefully selected Palo Cortado sherry casks, blended by Mosgaard in Spain to ensure a deep and complex flavour profile.

With an impressive alcohol strength of 52.5%, this whisky delivers an intense and full-bodied experience. The tasting notes offer a harmonious blend of malt, caramel, grapes, marzipan, lemongrass, bitter oranges, plums, and green apples. The Palo Cortado sherry adds a unique balance between the fresh citrus notes of Amontillado and the rich body of Oloroso, creating an elegant and well-balanced dram.
