Some whiskies come with tasting notes. This one comes with 16 cards and an invitation to find your own words. Highland Park has brought Swedish Michelin-starred chef Bjorn Frantzen into the blending room, and the result is a whisky that's equal parts flavour and conversation.
Expert Description
Highland Park 16 Years Old Between You and I By Bjorn Frantzen is a Single Orkney Malt Scotch Whisky matured in a combination of virgin Swedish oak, ex-bourbon casks and sherry-seasoned European and American oak, bottled at 48%.
The whisky is created in collaboration with Swedish Michelin-starred chef Bjorn Frantzen, known for uniting Nordic ingredients with Japanese precision and French technique. Instead of fixed, prescribed tasting notes, the bottle comes with a set of 16 cards inviting you to explore and put your own words to your impressions. The Swedish oak lends a wood character not previously seen in Highland Park's range.
The whisky is bottled non-chill filtered and with natural colour, preserving its full expression and complexity.
