- The whisky taste is soft with crisp and fresh citrus, mint, honey, ginger, white raisins, cinnamon, plum, cocoa and a vanilla aftertaste. - The finished whisky is aged for 3 years in sherry casks and new bourbon casks. - The whisky can be drunk neat - but is of course also suitable for Irish Coffee.
