GlenAllachie, 2008 - 13 Years Old Speyside Single Malt - 55.2% Cask Strength - Cask no. 2583
Nose: Soft aromas of blackberry and banana. Burnt almonds and caramel are also evident.
Taste: Sweet, soft and rounded flavors. Dark chocolate, cherry and dry dark fruits. It is by no means edgy or dry.
Finish: The aftertaste is long and smooth. Dried fruits and dark chocolate are mostly present at the end.
Rating: This whisky hides the more alcoholic vapors, but it also has sweet notes that hide it well with a hint of complexity. It would be fine for the whisky lover who is on the sweet side and likes soft whiskies.

GlenAllachie, 2009 - 12 Years Old Speyside Single Malt - 59.1% Cask Strength - Cask no. 1040
Aroma: Very recognizable aroma of honey and vanilla. Candied orange peel is also present.
Taste: Full-bodiedtaste of apricot, honey and orange peel. It dries the mouth with sweet exotic fruit notes of mango. Aftertaste: Long aftertaste due to the high alcohol percentage, orange peel is again present at the end.
Rating: You often find exotic notes in whisky when there are vinfade involved. They are always exciting as the results are so different, and this one is no exception. All in all, a really nice whisky.

GlenAllachie, 2009 - 13 Years Old Speyside Single Malt - 57.9% Cask Strength - Cask no. 804.973
Nose: Sweet aromas of dried fruits, red apples, mildly roasted nuts and caramel.
Taste: Classic dry oloroso taste. Very full-bodied with barrel, raisins and leather. The taste is edgy but sweet.
Finish: Dry and long aftertaste of dried fruits and caramel. Great finish!
Rating: This is a very fine whisky that is edgy, dry and sweet. It expresses itself clearly in the notes and has a fantastic body
