Dalmore 12 Years Old is elegant with distinct aromas of orange, orange marmalade and spices. The taste is more elegant than muscular. The old Oloroso casks have done their part to make Dalmore 12 Years Old appear deliciously warm and powerful, but still very harmonious.

The name Dalmore is Old Gaelic and means "The Great Meadow". Founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson, the distillery is located on the coast at Cromarty Firth, overlooking the rich and fertile 'Great Meadow' of the Black Isle. The clean, clear water used for Dalmore Malt Whisky is taken from the nearby River Alness. The Dalmore is a whisky that satisfies all your senses.

The Dalmore Highland malts are aged in first-fill American oak, which gives the vanilla sweetness, and old sherry casks (Matusalem, Apostoles and Amaroso) from Bodegas Gonzalez Byass, Spain, which give a scent of citrus fruits, marmalade and spices.
