The gin stands out from the crowd, as the juniper is distilled on its own, while the remaining 8 botanicals are distilled separately.

After distillation, the two distillates are blended together, hence the name Double Gin.

This method gives the flavour a distinct imprint of juniper, combined with the full expression of the other botanicals.
