Strawberry Mojito

The Perfect Cocktail - Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

• 4 cl. White Bacardi Rum


• 1 cl. 1881 Strawberry Syrup


• 8-12 fresh organic mint leaves


• 2 cl. fresh organic lime juice


• 1 tsp. Organic Cane Sugar


• 1 pc Strawberry


• Sparkling water

Procedure

Crush the mint leaves between your fingers and add them to the glass.

Pour all the ingredients except the sparkling water into a shaker with ice and pour into a Riedel glass - preferably chilled beforehand. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water and the drink is ready.

Garnish - Lime wedges and strawberry slices
