Stauning Private Cask Shoi-ming Wai 2015/2018 is a Danish Peated Single Malt Whisky bottled at cask strength 61.61% from a single cask owned by Shoi-ming Wai. Distilled at Stauning Whisky in Skjern in 2015 and bottled in 2018 after three years in cask. The malt is floor-malted and peated on site – Stauning's smoke is not an additive, it is built into the process. This is a Private Cask: one person, one cask, no repeat.

Stauning Whisky opened in 2005 as Denmark's first modern distillery and quickly earned international recognition. The Private Cask programme allows selected partners and enthusiasts to acquire a single cask and bottle it on their own terms. The result is among the rarest whisky Stauning has ever released.
