Together with Bornholm Spirits she has created a sweet, dessert-style aquavit that gathers the Danish summer into a bottle.

What sets this edition apart is the combination of ripe apples, split vanilla pods and a touch of almond, evoking memories of a freshly baked apple cake. The lower alcohol strength also makes it easy to enjoy in slightly larger sips than a traditional aquavit.
