Mór Irish Gin Wild Berry is an Irish gin infused with raspberry, blackberry and cranberry and bottled at 40%.

The gin comes from Arderin Distillery in Tullamore, County Offaly, founded by Eoin Bara in 2015. The base of juniper, angelica root, coriander and rosemary is joined in this edition by a generous helping of berries, giving the gin a sweet, tart character.

This 5cl miniature is a good way to try the berry edition of Mór before committing to a full bottle.

Tasting notes

Nose

Ripe raspberry and blackberry lead, with a tart hint of cranberry and a herbal undertone of rosemary.

Palate

The palate opens sweet and berry-driven, before juniper and coriander break through to balance the sweetness of the fruit.

Finish

The finish is juicy and lightly tart, with a last trace of pepper from the juniper.
