Inchgower 12 Year is a powerful and fruity Speyside single malt, bottled at cask strength from a single Palo Cortado sherry cask – a limited release of just 512 bottles.

This independent bottling from Adelphi was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023 after 12 years of maturation in cask no. 809889, a first-fill Palo Cortado sherry butt. Palo Cortado is a rare sherry style that combines dryness and complexity with nutty and vinous notes – and in this edition, Inchgower’s spicy and slightly vegetal distillate is given room to interact with the depth of the cask.
