Årø Vingård Sommergin is a Danish London Dry Gin distilled in the traditional way on the vineyard’s own equipment. The gin is crafted using botanicals gathered from the coastal meadows on Årø Kalv, where the wild herbs provide a unique local character and a clear sense of the island’s nature.

The flavour is soft and smooth with a mild sweetness and a medium bitterness, creating a harmonious and summery expression. Juniper forms the classic backbone, while liquorice root and coriander seeds add warmth and depth.
