Octomore 167 'The Beast' is a super heavily peated single malt whisky from Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay. With a phenol content of 167 PPM (parts per million), it is one of the smokiest whiskies in the world.

This whisky is part of Bruichladdich's Octomore series, known for pushing the boundaries of peat. Octomore 167 'The Beast' was distilled in 2008 and matured for 5 years in American first-fill bourbon casks. The bottle was released as a limited edition with an alcohol content of 60.5%, and only 9,600 bottles were made available worldwide.
