Timorous Beastie whisky from Douglas Laing - This is a non-chill-filtered Blended Malt at 46.8%, created by blending malts from the Highlands of Scotland, including Glen Garioch, Dalmore, and Glengoyne distilleries. 
The name is a nod to Robert Burns' famous Scottish poem "To a Mouse." 

On the nose: Very sweet, spicy honey notes. 
The palate offers spiciness, raisins, caramel, and sugar, with a delightful sweetness and hints of camphor drops and meringue in the aftertaste.
