Orkney 17 (HP) 2005/2023 Signatory Vintage is a 17-year-old single malt whisky, distilled on the Orkney Islands in 2005 and bottled in 2023 by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. The whisky was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt #27, which has imparted an intense and complex character with pronounced notes of dark fruit, dried berries, and spices. It was bottled at cask strength of 55.3%, preserving its full flavor profile and depth.

The nose reveals raisins, orange peel, and a gentle touch of peat smoke, while the palate is rich with layers of chocolate, figs, and vanilla, balanced by subtle smoke and spicy undertones.
