The Mackmyra 10-Year-Old Single Malt Whisky is a milestone for Mackmyra distillery, crafted by master blender Angela D'Orazio. As Mackmyra's first 10-year-old whisky, it sets the standard for Swedish whisky. With locally sourced ingredients and no additives, Mackmyra has established itself on the international whisky scene.

For aging Mackmyra whisky, Swedish oak is used, which has grown for over 100 years in the harsh Swedish climate. This oak imparts a unique character to the whisky, with deep, natural notes reflecting the Swedish forests and the power of nature.

To give the whisky its characteristic smoky flavor, Mackmyra uses peat from the nearby peat bog, Karinmossen, adding fresh juniper branches during the drying process. This combination creates a smoke profile unique to Mackmyra, giving the whisky a distinctly Nordic signature.
