Bulleit 10 Year Old Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is matured for at least 10 years, bottled at 45.6%. Bulleit was revived by Tom Bulleit, who built the brand on his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit's 1830s recipe. The whiskey is characterised by a high proportion of rye in the mash bill, giving a more spiced profile than many classic bourbons. The brand is now owned by Diageo and is primarily distilled at Bulleit Distilling Co.'s own distillery in Shelbyville, Kentucky, which opened in 2017.
