Strictly Limited are the younger editions of the Càrn Mòr series. These whiskies are all bottled at 47.5% and typically consist of a smaller cask strength. Previous whiskies in the series have been bottled from Ardmore, Glen Ord, Bunnahabhain, Benrinnes, Ben Nevis, Pultney, Caol Ila, Benriach, Mortlach and many more. This Ruadh Maor single malt whisky was distilled in 2011 at Glenturret distillery and matured for 11 years in a refill sherry hogshead cask before being bottled at a cask strength of 47.5%. The whisky offers a delightful taste with fresh and sweet notes of malted barley and soft peat smoke. The whisky is not chill filtered nor is caramel color added.

The whisky is 5½ years old and the oldest release from Sall to date. GLØD 3.2 is made from Evergreen spring barley grown on the Kvolbæk field, malted as Pale and Vienna for a rounded and aromatic malt profile. Sall Whisky x Rum Nation Belize 2025 Release is a collaboration where Sall Whisky’s grain‑driven, organic style meets the rich, tropical character of Rum Nation’s Belize rum. In the spring of 2025, Mac Y and Sall began a partnership that started with Syv Sind Gin but quickly grew into a shared whisky project. Mac Y offered one of their newly emptied rum casks, and the idea of a rum finish took shape.
The whisky is 3.5 years old and primarily matured in ex‑bourbon casks before being transferred in spring 2025 to an ex‑rum cask that had previously held a juicy, full‑bodied Belize rum for 17 years (rom06606). After just under half a year in the rum cask, the whisky was ready, now carrying a deeper layer of sweetness, fruit and tropical warmth.
It was launched at Mac Y’s 15‑year anniversary Rum & Whisky Festival, where it became the best‑selling malt whisky of the event – a clear sign that the meeting between Sall and Belize struck something special.

Lady of the Glen has wanted to collaborate with Steven since they saw his contemporary illustration of Tam O’Shanter at the Fife Whisky Festival. His use of color and detail was both a feast for the eyes and unsettling in a good way. They decided to celebrate Scotland’s Samhain festival by pairing richly illustrated Scottish stories with distilleries from the same regions. For the series, they selected some of their finest 40-liter octaves to highlight a wide range of rich flavors that would stand out just like the stories themselves.

As always, Scallywag is a Speyside‑based blended malt, but this winter edition stands out thanks to its finishing period in casks that previously held orange wine. This imparts a unique aromatic profile with both spicy and fresh citrus‑driven nuances.
On the nose, you’re met with orange zest, honey, malt and warm winter spices, followed by light floral notes and a vinous freshness from the orange wine casks. The palate is full‑bodied and lively, offering flavours of sweet orange, vanilla, caramel, dried fruit and a hint of ginger and cinnamon. The high strength of 53.9% adds intensity and depth, yet the whisky retains its soft, Speyside‑typical charm. The finish is long, warm and gently spiced, with citrus oil, malt and an elegant dryness from the wine casks.

Scapa 16 Year Old "The Orcadian" is a now-discontinued single malt whisky from the Scapa Distillery on the Orkney Islands in Scotland – a bottle that has achieved cult status among collectors and fans of island whisky.

This edition was introduced in 2008 as part of the "The Orcadian" series, replacing the previous 14-year-old version. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV, offering a smooth and approachable style while still delivering plenty of character.

Tasting notes and profile:
- Nose: Fruity and floral with notes of citrus, apple, pear, and tropical fruits like pineapple. A subtle grassy and floral undertone adds freshness and vibrancy.
- Palate: Silky and sweet with honey, vanilla, and ripe fruits. The body is light to medium, and while some may find it slightly delicate, it remains elegant and well-balanced.

Scapa Skiren is truly a unique, handcrafted Island malt whisky, made on the main island of the Orkney archipelago in the far north of Scotland. Scapa is one of the last manually operated distilleries in Scotland, with only a single pair of stills distilling all their whisky. This way, they stay true to the tradition of producing the small, handcrafted Island malt whisky.

Scapa Skiren single malt is aged exclusively in first fill American oak casks, which gives the whisky its soft and sweet fruity flavor. It's a flavor you wouldn't normally expect from an Island malt, with a long, refreshing finish. Skiren means 'sparkling clear sky' in Old Norse - a name this whisky certainly deserves.
