Mortlach 32 Years Signatory 35th Anniversary is an exceptionally well-aged Single Speyside Malt Scotch Whisky that represents the pinnacle of traditional Scottish whisky craftsmanship. This edition, released as part of Signatory Vintage’s 35th anniversary series, was distilled on May 14, 1991, and bottled on October 4, 2023, giving it an impressive age of 32 years. The long maturation took place in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, cask number 4241, which has significantly influenced both the aroma and flavor profile, where sherry notes play a clear and complex role.

The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength of 54.1% ABV, without chill-filtration and with natural color preserved. This ensures an authentic and unaltered experience of Mortlach’s meaty distillate and the deep, dark nuances of the Oloroso cask. Only 580 bottles were released, making this edition both rare and highly sought after among collectors and mature whisky connoisseurs.

Mortlach 2007 vintage edition bottled in 2025 by the independent whisky bottler Signatory in their new series "Symingtons Choice" in honor of founder Andrew Symington. This unique 17-year-old Speyside whisky was bottled at full cask strength with a hefty 56.8% from cask #201. The beautiful color from the oloroso sherry cask is mouthwatering.
