The Mannochmore 2011 vintage whisky is part of The Cooper’s Choice range from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., founded in 1992 by Brian Crook. Known for exceptional quality and small batch releases, the company focuses on carefully selected single cask whiskies from some of Scotland’s finest distilleries.

This particular expression was matured for 11 years—initially in American oak bourbon casks, adding classic notes of vanilla and toasty wood, before being finished in a Ruby Sherry wine butt. This secondary maturation imparts rich layers of red fruit sweetness, depth, and complexity.

On the palate, expect a refined character with notes of dried fruit, cherry, plum, and soft caramel, balanced by warming spice and oaky undertones. The nose reveals fruity sweetness, hints of nuts, and a gentle floral touch. The finish is long, velvety, and well-rounded.
