Auchroisk 2008 vintage edition bottled in 2025 by the independent whisky bottler Signatory in their new series "Symingtons Choice" in honor of founder Andrew Symington. This unique 16-year-old Speyside whisky was bottled at full cask strength with a robust 57.9% from cask #4. The beautiful color from the oloroso sherry cask is mouthwatering.

This whisky offers powerful sherry notes with flavor nuances of dried fruit, toffee, and figs. It carries Aultmore’s characteristic complexity and is rounded off with subtle hints of cocoa and a touch of nuts. The finish is long and satisfying, where the warm influence from the PX cask lends the whisky a luxurious finale.
