Mac-Talla is Gaelic for echo and refers to the fact that the family's long history resonates across the island. The island Islay with its long tradition of whisky offers great experiences shaped by the elements. The three whiskies in the series are named after the island's elements - Terra (earth), Mara (sea), Strata (rock). Terra means earth.
