Glenlossie 2009/2022 The Un-Chillfiltered Collection Signatory Vintage 12 Year Old is a Single Speyside Malt Whisky bottled at 46%.
Distilled on 14 April 2009 and bottled on 6 January 2022 by Signatory Vintage, from two bourbon casks, No. 3378 and 3379, yielding 218 bottles, with no added colour and no chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Pale honey, freshly baked shortbread and a fresh lemon note. The bourbon cask gives a clear, but not overwhelming, vanilla sweetness.
Palate
Soft and round, with malty sweetness, vanilla and a hint of pear. The lack of filtration gives good body to the relatively gentle 46%.
Finish
Medium length, soft and lightly sweet, closing with a hint of honey and cereal.
