Yellowstone Select 93 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the distillery's approachable core expression, bottled at 46.5%. Yellowstone Bourbon was introduced in 1872 by the J. B. Dant Distillery and named after the American national park established that same year. After decades outside the family's hands, the brand was acquired by Luxco in 1993 and transferred to Limestone Branch Distillery in 2015 — a distillery founded in 2010 by brothers Stephen and Paul Beam, who as seventh-generation members of the Beam and Dant families can trace their distilling heritage back to their great-great-uncle Jacob Beam, who distilled bourbon as early as 1794.
