The first whisky edition from Enghaven. 476 bottles only. A beautiful and robust aroma of warm wood, malt and a volatile spicy character, as you would find in a fine old cognac. After some time in the glass, deeper notes of caramel, toffee, nuts and dried fruit emerge. The taste is delicious and spicy: at first we encounter the cognac style, but then more malt sweetness and clear references to the sherry cask follow, with plums, berries, nuts and dried figs and dates. It has a delicious creamy mouthfeel, with both richness and bite, leading into a long and spicy aftertaste.

Enghaven no 1 Young Rye The aroma hints at fruity sweetness and lots of fresh herbs. There are subtle notes of ripe banana, pineapple and orange. It's reminiscent of a good English wine gum. The taste is "dessert-like" with distinct notes of chocolate, brandy and strawberries, almost like filled chocolates. Gradually, the toasted notes blend into the flavor, which also becomes drier and fades into a spicy freshness like mint and tarragon.

Ezra Brooks 7 Year Mac Y Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey is a powerful and characterful American rye bottled at cask strength, selected from a single virgin American oak barrel filled on September 9th, 2017. After almost eight years of maturation, it was bottled in late summer 2025 at 57%, delivering an intense and unfiltered flavour experience. The whiskey is made from Lux Row Distillers’ classic rye mash bill consisting of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley – a combination that provides spice, sweetness and depth.
The aroma opens with soft, dessert‑like notes of nougat, coconut and vanilla, followed by fresh oak and a hint of English wine gums. The palate is warm and spicy with clear rye character, toasted coconut and salted peanuts, rounded off by a pleasant vanilla sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, with warming spices, charred oak and the high proof building gradually and lingering.
An intense, well‑aged single barrel rye that shows how elegant yet bold an almost eight‑year‑old American rye whiskey can be. Perfect enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to open up the deeper layers.

Ezra Brooks 99 Proof Port Wine Finish is a characterful bourbon whiskey with a unique flavor profile and a high alcohol content of 49.5%. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon is produced by Lux Row Distillers and is based on a classic rye-forward mash bill consisting of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley.

The whiskey is first traditionally aged in new, charred American oak barrels and then receives an additional six-month finish in port wine casks, adding depth and fruity nuances.

Ezra Brooks 99 is also a sour mash bourbon – a method where part of the previous fermentation is reused in the next batch, creating consistency and complexity in the flavor. After distillation, the whiskey is charcoal filtered, contributing to a smooth and rounded mouthfeel.

The result is a rich and well-balanced bourbon with notes of caramel, vanilla, spices, and a subtle sweetness from the port cask finish.
