The XII series focuses on extended cask maturation — this Batch 01 was drawn from 1st fill bourbon barrels and released in a strictly limited edition of just 322 bottles. Clear vanilla and buttery caramel from the bourbon barrel, with ripe apple and honey biscuit. A subtle floral note and a gentle hint of beeswax in the background.

The name Fascadale is Adelphi's own name for this bottling, since the distillery cannot be named directly on the label. Adelphi is one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers, known for consistently bottling without chill filtration or added colour, letting the whisky's full, unaltered character come through.

Batch 10 is limited to 1,498 bottles and shows the Orkney style in a clean, hands-on edition.

Fercullen 10 Year Old is a Single Grain Irish Whiskey matured in American white oak and finished in fresh bourbon casks, bottled at 40%.

The whiskey is distilled by Powerscourt Distillery, one of Ireland's newest distilleries, established in 2017 with the first distillations in 2018. The distillery is located on Powerscourt Estate in County Wicklow, owned by the Slazenger family, and sells its Single Malt, Single Grain and Blended releases under the Fercullen brand. This 10-year-old single grain spends its first years in American white oak before finishing in completely fresh bourbon casks, giving a combination of classic grain sweetness and fresher cask spice.
