Glentauchers 11 Year Old 100 Proof Edition #8 was distilled in 2012 and bottled on 1 February 2024 by independent bottler Signatory Vintage, after maturation in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts.

The whisky is bottled at 57.1%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour, giving a full-bodied, sherried take on Glentauchers' normally soft, floral style.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry sweetness, dried fruit and a hint of toasted nut.

Palate

Full-bodied and spiced, with caramel, raisin and a warm sherry sweetness.

Finish

Long and warm, with lingering spice.
