    The Chess Malt Collection consists of 32 unique releases, each bottle representing a piece on the chessboard – 2 kings, 2 queens, 4 bishops, 4 knights, 4 rooks and 16 pawns. This Mortlach is the pawn on F7, number 18 in the series, with only 283 bottles and no added colour.

    Tasting Notes

    Nose

    The nose offers chestnut honey, dark chocolate and raisin.

    On the palate there is walnut and spiced oak, while brown sugar adds a final twist.
