Thy Whisky Distillery Edition Cask No. 292 is a Danish Organic Single Malt Whisky bottled at cask strength 59.6% in a 50 cl bottle. Distilled from certified organic barley at Thy Whisky Distillery in northwest Jutland and bottled from a single cask – Cask No. 292. Distillery Edition designates the distillery's own line of single cask expressions: specially selected casks, bottled without dilution, without chill filtration and with natural colour.

59.6% is cask strength in the literal sense. It is the whisky as the cask made it. A little water opens it up and reveals a sweetness and depth that can otherwise hide behind the alcohol.
