  The whisky was distilled in June 2013 and bottled in December 2022 by Signatory Vintage, matured for 9 years in 1st & 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is one of the last 43% bottlings Signatory produced before the house raised its minimum strength to 46% for all future releases at the end of 2023.

  The whisky was distilled in September 2014 and bottled in September 2024 by Signatory Vintage, matured for 10 years in Rechar Butts. These are large 500-litre casks that have been re-charred inside to renew the active char layer, intensifying the interaction between wood and spirit and giving deeper notes of caramel, toasted oak and gentle smoke.

The family's roots in American distilling go back to 1792, when William Willett Jr. settled in Nelson County, and the distillery remains family-owned and operated by Thompson Willett's grandchildren today.

  Woodford Rye Distillers Select Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey follows the same triple-distillation process as the house bourbon, but with a rye-forward mash bill, bottled at 45.2%. Woodford Reserve is distilled at the historic distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, whose roots go back to 1812, when it was originally named the Oscar Pepper Distillery. The site is today designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark and is owned by Brown-Forman. The whiskey stands out for being triple-distilled in copper pot stills, unlike most bourbons, which are column-distilled.

Dant Distillery and named after the American national park established that same year. After decades outside the family's hands, the brand was acquired by Luxco in 1993 and transferred to Limestone Branch Distillery in 2015 — a distillery founded in 2010 by brothers Stephen and Paul Beam, who as seventh-generation members of the Beam and Dant families can trace their distilling heritage back to their great-great-uncle Jacob Beam, who distilled bourbon as early as 1794.

  Å Æ Cykel XO Blended Caribbean Rom 60% is a Caribbean Rum, bottled by Ærø Whisky at 60%.

  The name "Å Æ Cykel" is Southern Jutland dialect for "on the bike" and honours Ærø Whisky's collaboration with bicycle maker CohandCo, where oak from a leaking whisky cask was used to build unique bicycles. This edition of the Caribbean blend is bottled at a markedly higher strength than the more approachable 40% version, delivering a more intense and spiced experience of the same underlying caramel and round profile.

  The result is a powerful, warming rum, where the increased strength draws out more nuances from the Caribbean blend.
