This single cask from Ben Nevis was distilled on 24 June 1999 and matured for 26 years in a 2nd fill bourbon hogshead before being bottled on 30 June 2025 by Little Brown Dog. Only 220 bottles exist from this cask, making it a truly rare and extraordinary release.

Little Brown Dog is known for selecting characterful casks, and this is no exception. It carries the classic Ben Nevis depth and personality, with an elegant bourbon cask influence and a distinctive flavour profile.

The label features a Japanese koi carp – a subtle nod to Ben Nevis' historical connection to Japan, where spirit from the distillery was shipped to mature and later sold as Japanese whisky.

On the nose, it offers mature fruits, cereal sweetness, honey and citrus oil. The palate is layered and expressive with notes of pineapple tart, crisp pastry, toffee, vanilla and nutmeg, followed by a long and refined finish with a gentle mineral character.
