Gavroche Rosé is an organic, easy‑drinking and refreshing rosé wine from Château l’Ermite d’Auzan, perfectly suited for sunny days, the terrace and relaxed meals. Unfiltered and unfined, made the way Port was made before modern cellar technology, Crusted 2015 quietly matures in its bottle. The sediment that slowly forms in the glass is the proof that nothing has been stripped from the wine along the way.

Expert's Description

Graham's Crusted 2015 Portugal Port is a Portuguese Crusted Port from the Douro Valley, bottled without filtration in 2015 and poured at 20%.

Crusted is a blend of high-quality young Ports from different harvest years, bottled without fining or filtration in the year stated on the label — in this case, 2015. Because the wine isn't filtered, it naturally forms a sediment, a 'crust', in the bottle, which gives the style its name.

After bottling, Graham's Crusted is aged for at least three to four years at Graham's 1890 Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia before release. This extended bottle ageing gives the wine a maturity closer to a Vintage Port than most other Ruby styles, though without the single-estate or single-harvest signature.

The style is one of the last in Graham's range still made the way Port was produced in the 19th century, making it a fitting choice for anyone wanting to taste a historic production method without paying for a declared vintage.

Tasting Notes

The nose offers ripe cherries, blackcurrant and dark forest berries, spiced with a touch of eucalyptus and fresh mint.

The palate is concentrated and layered, with dark fruit, a hint of spice and a firmness that reveals the extended bottle ageing.

Grüner Veltliner Classic from Weingut Hagn captures the true spirit of Weinviertel: fresh, elegant and defined by the signature Veltliner pepper that makes this grape Austria’s hallmark. The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, destemmed and macerated for four hours on the skins to enhance aroma and structure. It is then matured in stainless‑steel tanks for three months, preserving purity, freshness and crisp acidity.

The aroma combines fruit and spice – stone fruit, citrus and the classic white pepper note.
