The Jaume family has farmed vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape since 1826, and Domaine Grand Veneur is today one of the appellation's most respected names.
Expert's Description
Alain Jaume Grand Veneur Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020 is a Red Wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, bottled at 15% ABV.
Grand Veneur is the estate's classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape cuvée, where old Grenache vines are complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre for structure and spice. The appellation's characteristic large pebbles in the vineyards absorb heat during the day and release it at night, giving the grapes an extra degree of ripeness.
