Barbados 2002 is a new edition in the The Royal Cane Single Cask series. The rum comes from the Foursquare distillery and has spent a total of 20 years in cask in the tropical climate, after which it is bottled in 202 bottles with an alcohol content of 50%.

The aging in the Caribbean is three times more intense than in more temperate climates, as the climate increases the interaction between the cask and the rum.
