It was drawn from a single bourbon cask and carries the name Ruadh Maor, indicating a heavily peated and intense style.
The aroma opens with bold smoke, salty sea air, and earthy peat, balanced by sweet notes of vanilla fudge. The palate offers maritime nuances of seaweed and ash, combined with toasted malt, oak, and soft caramel with smoky depth. The finish is long, dry, and complex with pepper, charcoal, and lingering salty smoke.
