    The Whistler is produced at the Boann Distillery. The distillery is brand new and one of the finest distilleries in all of Ireland. This version from The Whistler is called The Whistler Mosaic and has matured in Ex Bourbon casks before its final maturation in Sicilian Marsala casks. This creates a beautifully balanced Irish whiskey, with delicious fruitiness and flavors with notes of honey, citrus, vanilla, dried apricot and a hint of spice.
