  The style is clearly sherry‑driven with a focus on Pedro Ximénez casks. The colour is described as “burnt molasses” and the nose as “sticky dates, raisins and gentle peat,” giving the whisky a rich, dark and dessert‑like profile.

  The palate is intense and layered with dark dried fruits, warm treacle toffee and a salty coastal note that ties the sherry sweetness together with Islay’s smoke. As described: “Dark dried fruit, warm treacle toffee and coastal brine… with rich and intense layers of raisins, dates and a hint of spice.”
