    Peatside 2011 is a Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2011 and bottled after 7 years at 50% under Murray McDavid's The Vatting series. Murray McDavid was founded in 1996 and is today owned by ACEO, having originally been part of the Bruichladdich family. This bottling, part of The Vatting series, combines peated whiskies from several distilleries, including North British, Caol Ila and Peatside, matured in a mix of wine, sherry and bourbon casks to create a complex, smoky profile.
