The wine is created jointly by French wine consultant Michel Rolland and Spanish winemaker Javier Galarreta, and belongs to the house's Super Premium category. After harvest, the wine is aged for around 18 months in American oak barrels.

R&G Rolland 2014 Eldoze Suelo de Xisto Rojo is a Red Wine from Spain made from 100% Syrah, bottled at 14.5% ABV.
The wine comes from Finca Rosalejo, a 12-hectare vineyard 670 metres above sea level in Castilla-La Mancha, where the vines average more than 20 years of age. After harvest, the grapes are fermented and macerated at 25°C in both stainless steel tanks and open wooden barrels, after which the wine is aged for 15 months in 1-2 year old French oak barrels followed by a further 12 months of bottle ageing.

Montepeloso Gabbro 2013 is a Red Wine from Tuscany, Italy made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled at 15% ABV.
The wine comes from the Suvereto area of Tuscany and is made from some of the estate's oldest vines, several over 40 years old. Gabbro is aged for 18 months in 80% new French oak, in a mix of 400-litre casks and barriques, and then matures further in bottle. Montepeloso is regarded by many connoisseurs as one of Tuscany's most ambitious smaller producers.
