Here we have a 1st class super Tuscan from the Bolgheri region. It scored a whopping 98 points at Falstaff and came in a shared 1st place in a large tasting of wines from such well-known producers as Sassicaia, Ventaglio and Maseto. It's a real showstopper: Intense notes of tobacco, licorice and dark berry fruits. Lots of tannins and a wonderful long aftertaste.
