World-class Spanish Syrah! In Toledo in the La Mancha region, 200 kilometers south of Madrid, we find Finca Rosalejo Estate who together with Rolland & Galarreta have created this wonder of a wine.
Eldoze is a 12 hectare vineyard of which nine of them are planted with the Syrah grape. The 2014 vintage is exceptional and is compared by many to the greatest Syrah wines from the Northern Rhône in France. This single vineyard wine is perfectly balanced, acidic, good tannin structure, great fruitiness and balanced alcohol. An eminent red wine that can take on the great wines from Nordrhône.
R&G Eldoze Syrah 2014 is made in an edition of 17227 bottles and comes numbered. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle.
