  Torabhaig 7 Year Old Lady of the Glen The Quiraing, Playground of the Giants is a Single Island Malt Scotch Whisky distilled at Torabhaig and bottled by independent bottler Lady of the Glen at cask strength 60.4%, with no added colour and no chill filtration. Torabhaig, only the second licensed whisky distillery ever on the island, opened in 2017 and was built around the remains of an abandoned 1760s farmstead as well as stone from the nearby Iron Age fort of Caisteal Chamuis. Lady of the Glen, founded in 2012 by Gregor Hannah in Fife, is known for hand-selecting and bottling rare single casks from Scottish distilleries without filtration. This bottling's name refers to the Quiraing, Britain's largest landslide, whose pillar-like rock formations are tied to giants in local folklore.

  Westland Sherry Wood American Single Malt Whiskey is matured in a combination of American oak and European sherry casks, giving a deeper, more fruit-driven character, bottled at 46%. Westland Distillery was founded in 2010 by Matt Hofmann and Emerson Lamb in Seattle's SoDo neighbourhood with the ambition of creating an American single malt that could stand alongside the world's best whiskies. The distillery was acquired by Rémy Cointreau in 2017 and uses exclusively malted barley fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast, after which the whiskey is matured in a mix of new American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
