The Antiquary De Luxe Old Scotch Whisky is a blended Scotch whisky from an earlier edition of the brand, bottled at 40% ABV, equivalent to 70 UK proof under the old British proof system.

The proof system was used to measure the alcoholic strength of spirits until 1980, after which it was replaced by the percentage-based ABV we use today; 70 proof equals roughly 40% ABV.

The bottle holds 26 2/3 fluid ounces of whisky, equivalent to roughly 75 CL, a detail that reveals the bottle's age, since modern bottlings are typically 70 CL.

The Antiquary was founded by the Hardie brothers in Edinburgh in the late 19th century and today belongs to Tomatin Distillery Co, though this edition dates from an earlier period of ownership.

The name "Deacon" is a Scottish term for a skilled master craftsman, and the blend was created as a tribute to the finest practitioners of any trade, a concept also reflected in the bottle's bold, industrial design.

The Deacon launched in February 2023 as a newer addition to the modern blended Scotch scene, combining traditional malt and grain whiskies from several Scottish regions into an accessible and versatile blend.

White Heather 15 Year Old is a Blended Scotch Whisky at 46% ABV, composed of malt and grain whisky from distilleries across the Highlands, Speyside and Islay, including GlenAllachie's own stocks, and further matured at GlenAllachie in a combination of American oak and sherry casks.

The brand was originally created by Campbell Distillers in the 1950s but lay dormant for decades until Billy Walker and the GlenAllachie Distillers Company revived it in 2017 and relaunched it in 2021. Today, White Heather is a standalone blended brand drawing on the same cask philosophy that has made GlenAllachie's single malts well known.

What sets this 15 year old apart from many other blends is the secondary maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons alongside Appalachian virgin oak – a combination that gives the whisky far more depth than the blended scotch category usually offers.
