Single Barrel Selection Barbados 2013 is an exceptional single cask rum crafted with great care and expertise. This rum is based on molasses and was distilled in both a column still and pot still in 2013, which gives it a complex and nuanced flavor profile. After distillation, the rum was carefully aged in ex-Bourbon casks and Amontillado sherry casks, adding depth and character to its taste. The rum was bottled in February 2025 at a strength of 50% ABV and is un-chillfiltered, preserving its full flavor and complexity.

Upon first scent, you are greeted with a warm and inviting aroma of dried fruits and nuts, complemented by warm notes of brown sugar and smooth vanilla. This fragrance invites a deep and sophisticated tasting experience, offering what only the finest rums can provide.

On the palate, the rum is full-bodied and smooth, with flavors of roasted nuts and almonds, combined with a rich oak character. The finish is long and elegant, with notes of ripe grapes, delivering a satisfying and complex conclusion. Only 210 bottles of S.B.S Barbados 2013 are available.
