Spirited Union XO Panama Cask Rum is part of the distillery’s Rum Cask Series and combines tropical aging in Panama with a botanical finish in Amsterdam. The rum is made from sugarcane juice and molasses, distilled in column stills and aged for up to 8 years in ex-bourbon casks in Provincia de Herrera, Panama.

After tropical maturation, the rum receives an additional six-month finish in Amsterdam, where the casks are preconditioned with African vanilla and rum. This method adds soft and complex notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and dried fruits.

The flavor profile offers aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, and oak, while the taste balances butterscotch, dried fruit, and a hint of spice. The finish is long, warm, and marked by vanilla and oak.
