Compañero Ron Panama Extra Añejo is the newest member of the Compañero family. It is a column distilled rum of 54%. However, the high alcohol percentage fits in perfectly with the chocolate notes that dominate and give warmth to this Panama rum. It has a heavy aroma of dark chocolate, warm cream and a bit of citrus, and a warm taste of chocolate and cocoa.
The taste is distinctive with a mild hint of orange.

Rum Nation Panama 2018 Release Solera 18 years 18 years of Panama Solera rum from Rum Nation. The rum is aged and blended according to the solera method, and Ex-Bourbon casks are used for the aging. Both barrels that have just arrived from the US and some that have been used for rum in the past. Also called "1st and 2nd fill bourbon casks". It is not described which distillery it comes from, but most connoisseurs guess Varela Hermanos, who also make their own Abuelo series. In the aroma you will find a deep, warm and creamy scent. Sun-dried raisin, date, coffee with a vinous touch. The taste itself is very sweet, but well-balanced with the help of tannin and a hint of balsamic.
