Canerock is a spiced Jamaica Rum-based Spirit Drink, distilled in pot and column stills at the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries, partly finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and flavoured with Madagascar vanilla, Jamaican ginger and coconut, bottled at 40%.
The base is genuine Jamaican high ester rum between 5 and 10 years old, giving Canerock a deeper, more authentic rum character than many other spiced rum products on the market. The addition of natural spices and flavourings means the drink is sold as a spirit drink rather than rum, however. Part of the blend is finished in sherry casks, adding rich sweetness and notes of raisin and cocoa.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Spicy and exotic with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange peel as well as fine roasted tones, dominated by gingerbread, cinnamon and honey, followed by notes of grey pepper and lime.
Palate
Full-bodied and lightly sweet with aromas of caramel, honey, ripe fruit and fine spices, complemented by cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, roasted coffee and wood.
Finish
